Direction for use:

  1. Add 20 Grams or one big spoon of By Grandma Urad dal porrige mix powder to 150 ml water in a cooking vessel and make it into to a buttermilk consistency. Stir while adding water to porridge mix and make sure that there are no lumps.
  2. Take the vessel to stove and put it in medium flame. Stir constantly for 2 to 5 minutes.
  3. Once the content gets cooked add some more water or coconut milk or milk of your choice and add natural sweetener(optional) like jaggery syrup or brown sugar and even consumed with salt and buttermilk.
  4. Now it’s time to enjoy the protein packed health drink when it is luke warm.
